The Raytheon Lemmon Avenue manufacturing center is a high-mix, low-volume machining center. This lean supplier has built its success around an empowered team-based culture focused on continuous improvement. On this tour, you will see how this empowered culture has implemented lean tools, including the design for manufacturability and Raytheon Six Sigma, supported by metrics that link to all aspects of the business. Please note: The rules for DoD access to this site by non U.S. citizens have become tighter in recent months. All those on this tour must be pre-registered two weeks prior and have government identification with them. No cameras or cell phones with cameras allowed. Dress code requires no shorts or open-toed shoes.
